• Each participant is assessed by self,direct reportees, peers, and boss
• A comprehensive report for the individual,team, department and the organization is generated

The process involves a series of interactive, engaging online sessions including human interaction, with top leaders in
particular. These online sessions could be simulations or games or instructor led as the case maybe.

5. ValueOscars

What is it?
An event to celebrate value adherance.

What are the objectives?
•To make everyone in the organization know about value framework
• To enable people to recognize best practices

More details:
A robust process that interacts with the organization to identify different practices in the recent past, and assess them through strong metrics as well as leaders’ perception. There are ‘Value Oscars’ to be won at the individual, team, and organization levels.
