Our quest for excellence...

The Roots

We trace our roots to the two-decade old decision of two college-mates, to ‘Change the way the world learns’, in response to their repeated poor experiences with various learning and training programs. They believed in Science of Learning, they were convinced there in lies the key to learning effectiveness. Towards this they quit their plush jobs and commenced their research in Learning Sciences, first in adult learning then into remote learning and more recently into immersive and AI-led learning.

The Research

The fulcrum of the quest into learning sciences focused on: What makes adults learn better? What can accelerate learning? How can learning become engaging and effective? How to make the content reflect real-time life and business! How can a learning program or course meet the learners’ and business aspirations! How can the learning power people and businesses towards their fullest potential!

This ongoing research as resulted in two Intellectual Properties in Adult Learning Guide and Remote Learning Manual. Essentially, these two bodies of work – represent nearly 700 principles and guidelines that help make learning, especially online or technology-based far more engaging, effective and experiential.

Birth of 361 Degree Minds

In the year 2006 on the wealth of insights and deep IP in Adult learning 361 Degree Minds was formed with a dream of making a big and measurable impact on learning and development systems in organizations.
The idea was to change the way learning happened for better. The idea was to make learning more engaging, more experiential and more importantly make it work for the employees and the organization.

In the past decade 361DM has impacted scores of business leaders, hundreds of mangers and over hundred thousand learners, across hierarchy, across industries and in different parts of the worlds.
